I've heard so many horror stories from my friends about their experiences with their contractors, but I didn't have a single hiccup at all. Derek worked with me on my tight budget and he's really knowledgable. He gave me all options and even offered me advice that would cut costs (what contractor is willing to offer you a cost-saving option)? He wasn't pushy or sales-pitchy at all, but just had great intentions to make my house look great. We refaced the cabinets in my kitchen, and built-in cabinets in my living room, tore down a part of a wall, and painted my whole house. He even made me custom glass door cabinets and did beyond what was on our contract. He's extremely meticulous and precise about everything he does. Prices are so reasonable and when he found problems like 4 leaky water valves he would replace them for no extra charge until we insisted. So many little things come up when you demo a kitchen and he would just take care of it.
We are so happy with the kitchen remodel. Originally we were going to reface the cabinets because the house will be rented. However, after receiving 3 refacing bids and then Derek's bid from Timeless Finishes, Derek's full cabinet and countertop replacement bid was the same as our lowest refacing bid. The cabinets are a great quality with slow close drawers. Derek even helped us decide on a couple changes we made in the kitchen design with cabinet placement.
