In my particular situation, I am planning on living with my new kitchen for several years and then my plan is to rent my property. So I was concerned about cost, durability and of course I wanted a new look for my 1964 kitchen. At the conclusion of our on-site meeting I hired Timeless Finishes. What I knew about the company was they are NOT the contractor referral services that you see advertised in the Newspaper or junk mail. I called them too, don't waste your time, unless you want to be visited by a smooth talking commission salesperson. You hire Derek, he is your only point of contact. He does a quality job and stands behind his work. Derek is clear about what will be extra and what is included. He works along with you to make sure you are happy with the finished product. His on-site advise is based on years of experience and he know what material work and how best to spend your budget.

Every little detail to her bathroom and new master suite was perfect up to the lights outlets so she could see at night. He would even take the time to include her in the decisions even though it would take a very long time for her to understand. Especially with her dementia he made sure that she was comfortable and felt that this was all her decisions. The primary selling points for me were that it was clear he knows the scope of work (unlike some of the salespeople coming from other companies), and when he came initially to see what we were looking to do, he was great with my daughter and our dog. He also understood our budget and came up with ideas that fit into that range.
We hired him do a remodel on an upstairs bathroom and then asked him back for the entire downstairs including the kitchen (complete removal and replacement), a bathroom, a removal of part of a wall, and more. He was always responsive via text or phone call and ensured that we could live here as comfortably as possible while he worked. The job was completed when we expected and it has completely transformed our home into something beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

He did a beautiful job recreating the whole bathroom into a spa like experience - he is very professional, cleaned up after each day and really tried to keep my costs as close to my budget as possible. He helped me pick out paint, the shower glass doors - so his expertise in this was so valuable as I may have chosen things that wouldn't have looked as good. He installed new cabinets, quartz countertops, flooring (tile and carpet), crown molding, baseboards, custom closet built-ins, custom entertainment center with fireplace and LED lighting, and finished it off with paint throughout.
